Outdoor / Indoor Aerial Inspection
Aerial inspections using drones make it possible to access areas that may be hard to access, or may pose health, safety and environmental risks in a fast, low cost and safest way.
Visual inspection by an unmanned drone is a quick and cost-effective inspection method for buildings and constructions like building facades, chimneys, bridges and other high level and hard-to-reach areas. Drone inspection enables access to some inaccessible locations and structures, offering immediate action as an alternative to more traditional, time consuming and costly inspection methods like scaffolding, rope access, sky-lifts,etc.
In 2021, FlyCamHK incorporates the AI and deep learning technology to speed up the overall inspection process.
Moreover, our inspection reports are signed by authorised Building Surveyor from HKIS.
Drone Surveillance & Thermal Images
We do works for many government departments, organisations, property owners, chartered surveyors, consultants, local councils and NGO. Our projects include surveillance in power plants, country parks, villages, industrial sites, mountains, slopes, shorelines, sea, private lands and etc.
Thermal inspection consists of Thermography or thermal imaging which is the study of heat distribution. This allows you to visually detect faults or losses, which may otherwise go undetected.
Using drone thermal inspection allows you to access areas that may be hard to reach and to spot and prevent problems from developing into serious issues. Our HighRes 640x512 radiometric Drone thermal camera can inspect to a wide scope of areas like building insulation performance, heat loss and flat roof leaks, security search and rescue, etc.
3D Geotechnical Modeling / Survery
Our drone solutions provide real-time reconnaissance and surveillance that could significantly increase the effectiveness of project life cycle. Incorporating photogrammetry and geomapping, the images and videos captured from drones form the 2D maps, 3D mesh models and BIM with accuracy up to ±2cm which can help the architecture/designers to visualize and understand the structures. All of our pilots are CAD approved and are skilled in flying aerial survey drones to get a view of those “difficult to reach” places. We can fly our drones close to the roof or building to get detailed aerial camera ultra-HD 4K video footage or 45 megapixel still aerial images.

Since year 2013, we have partnered with FevaWorks IT Education Center - the registered school (ED553581/ED553590) and market leader in IT Education to provide UAS aerial filming certificate courses to the public, government and commercial organizations in Hong Kong/Macau. We have over 25,000 graduated students who are now participating in many UAS projects for different industries.

They includes R/C Aircraft Pilots with over 20 years experiences and participated in many worldwide competitions (F3D/F3C), DJI Certified Support Engineer, Production Director, AOPA China Master Instructor as well as senior pilots with the EuroUSC's Basic National UAS Certificate (BNUC-S) and UAV Academy's PfCO which are the qualification recognized by ICAO and Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD).

Advanced Operations Permission
FlyCamHK is one of the first companies in Hong Kong to have the new AOP from HKCAD after the new SUA order (Cap.449G) effective on 1 June 2022.
CAD UAS Permit Application
We have successfully applied the Charter Permits for Operating UAS from CAD over 120 times. Our certificated trainers have provided qualified UAS courses and certificates to government departments, commercial organizations and private groups as well as to apply the CAD UAS permits for them. We have also provided drones training to many schools, universities, companies and NGOs.

School Training Courses
We provided specially designed drone training courses for many schools and universities in the last few years. The course usually includes indoor and outdoor classes, 4-6 students in a group with the topics of drones introduction, safety, application, regulations, flight practices, aerial filming skills, etc.
STEM
STEM is an acronym that refers to the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics collectively. The promotion of STEM education aligns with the worldwide education trend of equipping students to meet the changes and challenges in our society and around the world with rapid economic, scientific and technological developments.
